Deliver successful Red Hat Ansible workshops of both technical and non-technical backgrounds that shape and influence customer use cases and architecture design decisions.
Scope evaluations and guide customers through successful proofs of concept and pilot deployments.
Work closely with internal product teams, Product Engineering, Professional Services, Support, and Sales to ensure a world-class customer experience with Red Hat’s products
Contribute to the development of repeatable methodologies and tools designed to scale Red Hat’s services capabilities, promote repeatable customer engagements, and lower delivery risk.
Demonstrate thought leadership in the Ansible communities by producing world-class white papers, webinars, etc., and speaking at industry-leading conferences.

Requirements

5+ years of IT industry experience, working in regulated industries including finance, government, healthcare and power
Solid Linux system administration skills - level Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) desired - will need to be obtained if not already possessed
Expert in Ansible development and in the Ansible Automation Platform
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent experience
Solid background in consultative customer engagement with a major professional services organization or within the services division of a major software company
Track record of working in a strategic advisory role to senior IT and business executives
Outstanding verbal and written communications skills, including extensive experience presenting to C-level executives at large firms
Solutions-sales mentality in an environment with multiple products and services
Ability to work seamlessly with distributed, cross-functional teams to achieve success on behalf of customers
Excellent balance of strategic and tactical skills with a high level of intellectual agility and capacity for original thought
Willingness to travel up to 50%
