About the role
- Work in cross-functional projects with leadership, program managers, data analysts, and stakeholders
- Elicit business and technical requirements from stakeholders
- Promote a data fluent culture by participating in communities
- Translate abstract data into easily-digestible and highly-visual dashboard applications
- Collaborate with other analysts, data engineers, and data scientists
- Build cross-functional relationships with business units
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Comfortable using AI tools responsibly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau / Superset / EazyBI)
- Experience querying against large datasets (Snowflake preferred)
- Strong organization, prioritization, and time management
- Python for analysis, automation, and/or database-oriented scripting is a plus
- Knowledge of agile processes is a plus
- Systems thinking: improving repeatability and reducing manual efforts is a plus
