Drive the engineering delivery for KVM and QEMU by managing sprint priorities and unblocking dependencies
Translate high-level strategy into actionable deliverables—from setting the long-term roadmap to defining detailed user stories
Serve as the primary technical liaison between hardware partners and internal teams
Navigate the complex dynamics of upstream communities to synchronize community innovation.

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in a software development or product ownership role
Technical domain knowledge of the Linux Virtualization stack (KVM, QEMU, libvirt) and Computer Architecture (x86_64, s390x, aarch64)
Ability to translate low-level kernel speak into business value for stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
Experience with Jira, GitHub, or GitLab considered a plus.
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar credentials is preferred.
