About the role
- Research and collaborate on the integration and development of certification policies with subject matter experts and product managers for advanced hardware systems and components supporting Red Hat AI platforms
- Assist with integration and development of certification tests to verify enablement of Red Hat partner’s hardware systems and components with RHEL and Red Hat’s AI platforms
- Test advancing Red Hat AI platforms utilizing pytorch, vLLM and performance monitoring tools
- Work with Red Hat’s partners to certify hardware compatibility in RHEL for key features such as networking, storage, and GPU acceleration of AI applications
- Deliver continuous integration and feature enhancements in an agile framework producing automated test software packaged as RPMs and container images
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant technical experience
- Strong experience with RHEL or other Linux distributions
- Experience with hardware integration and support in Linux
- Experience with building and running containers
- Some experience in Python software development and best practices
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Technical leadership acumen in a global team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent English language skills
