About the role

  • Lead multiple concurrent projects within the Americas Commercial Sales organization.
  • Be proactive in anticipating the executive’s needs and solving challenges before they escalate.
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks across different sales teams and mitigate risks.
  • Lead meetings with stakeholders at all levels, fostering teamwork and driving the resolution of complex issues.
  • Use Salesforce (SFDC) and other PM tools to provide senior management with clear status updates.
  • Own the VP’s schedule and LATAM Commercial Leader, ensuring time is allocated to critical sales priorities.
  • Manage complex international itineraries and ensure all expense reporting follows Red Hat policy.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures.
  • Effectively manage the details of highly sensitive and critical company projects.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Program Manager, or Business Operations role, preferably supporting Sales Executives in a global matrix organization.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese is highly desired to support the LATAM and broader Americas markets.
  • Experience creating presentations and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Thorough understanding of program management techniques.
  • Proven ability to manage large, complex projects under aggressive deadlines.
  • High proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC), project & Time management and the Google Workspace suite.
  • Experience coordinating global calendars while working across numerous time zones.
  • Demonstrated influence stakeholders without direct authority.
