About the role
- Lead multiple concurrent projects within the Americas Commercial Sales organization.
- Be proactive in anticipating the executive’s needs and solving challenges before they escalate.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks across different sales teams and mitigate risks.
- Lead meetings with stakeholders at all levels, fostering teamwork and driving the resolution of complex issues.
- Use Salesforce (SFDC) and other PM tools to provide senior management with clear status updates.
- Own the VP’s schedule and LATAM Commercial Leader, ensuring time is allocated to critical sales priorities.
- Manage complex international itineraries and ensure all expense reporting follows Red Hat policy.
- Maintain deep knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures.
- Effectively manage the details of highly sensitive and critical company projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Program Manager, or Business Operations role, preferably supporting Sales Executives in a global matrix organization.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Portuguese is highly desired to support the LATAM and broader Americas markets.
- Experience creating presentations and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Thorough understanding of program management techniques.
- Proven ability to manage large, complex projects under aggressive deadlines.
- High proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC), project & Time management and the Google Workspace suite.
- Experience coordinating global calendars while working across numerous time zones.
- Demonstrated influence stakeholders without direct authority.
