About the role
- Conduct discovery sessions with sales, marketing, and enablement leadership to identify and prioritize revenue enablement use cases.
- Translate business priorities into effective Seismic solutions.
- Identify opportunities to enhance: content discovery, guided selling, seller productivity, and buyer engagement.
- Ensure Seismic initiatives are aligned with revenue and sales performance goals.
- Design scalable Seismic solutions that are consistent with business workflows and seller-centric user experiences.
- Build and implement solutions directly within Seismic, including: LiveSend experiences, digital sales rooms, workspaces, content libraries, pages, guided selling structures, and just-in-time lessons.
- Utilize Seismic data and insights to assess adoption and measure business impact.
- Develop and execute comprehensive adoption strategies for new Seismic capabilities.
- Continuously optimize Seismic solutions based on feedback, data analysis, and evolving business needs.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in seller workflows and user experiences.
Requirements
- Demonstrated proficiency in strong stakeholder engagement and consultative abilities.
- Experience working with the Seismic platform or similar sales enablement platform.
- Seismic experience preferably.
- Capability to translate complex business challenges into effective enablement solutions.
- Comprehensive knowledge of sales processes and seller workflows.
- Verifiable track record in designing and configuring solutions directly within revenue enablement platforms.
- In-depth experience with: content management, workspaces, livesend, playbooks and guided selling methodologies, pages and navigation structures, search and content discovery mechanisms, and analytics and reporting functions.
- Proven understanding of sales enablement strategies, sales campaign execution, and enterprise account planning.
