About the role
- Leading cross-functional teams to design engaging seller journeys
- Building enablement for the field that drives real behavioral change
- Developing the tools and resources needed to support the field
- Analyzing metrics to prove (and improve) business impact
- Collaborating with senior EMs and program leads to execute enablement programs and work streams
- Coordinating and using enterprise learning platforms (e.g. LMS, Smartsheet, Sales Hub) to deliver enablement assets and programs
- Designing and building learning assets using various tools and technologies
- Providing day-to-day program support, ensuring facilitators and SMEs are prepared and learners have a seamless experience
- Tracking and reporting adoption, participation, and learner feedback; sharing insights with program owners
- Ensuring deliverables meet Red Hat standards of quality, accuracy, and timeliness
- Co-delivering assigned learning sessions with professionalism and preparedness
- Supporting awareness campaigns to drive engagement and uptake in assigned programs
- Applying problem-solving skills to address execution challenges in real time
- Contributing ideas to improve the learner experience and enhance program impact
Requirements
- Background in Sales, Sales Enablement, or Instructional Design
- Co-delivering engaging learning sessions
- Supporting design and delivery of learning programs
- Tracking engagement and learner feedback
- Collaborating with other EMs, SMEs, and facilitators
- Using learning technologies (LMS, digital tools)
- Communicating clearly with stakeholders
