Develop and maintain software to automatically provision, upgrade, monitor, and heal Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform
Work with technical leads and the business to understand feature requirements
Help break requirements down into smaller units of work
Create test plans and tests to ensure a high level of quality
Contribute to all aspects of product delivery, including design/architecture, development, testing, documentation, and deployment

Requirements

2+ years industry experience
Software development experience using Python
Basic knowledge of software development life cycle tools, like GitHub and Jenkins
Software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile or scrum processes
Experience with writing Ansible playbooks and administering the Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform is considered a plus
Familiarity with observability platforms (such as Dynatrace, DataDog, etc) are a plus
Cloud native development/administration experience
Prior experience working on a globally distributed, remote team
Experience with quality and testing
