Architect

• Establish and maintain the architectural vision and philosophy for the OpenShift platform
• Promote consistent architecture across teams and products and act as final technical decision-maker when needed
• Drive cross-cutting initiatives and partner with external organizations for architectural consistency
• Work with product management to build and maintain the product roadmap and coordinate release schedules
• Set engineering-driven goals for maintainability, supportability, and reducing technical debt
• Mentor technical leaders and engineers, share technical knowledge, and drive succession planning
• Demonstrate proficiency with LLMs for research, summarization, drafting communications, and problem-solving
• Participate in hiring and interviewing and reinforce priorities from engineering and product management
• Own revert decisions across OpenShift codebase and coordinate with TRT, Test Platform, and OpenShift teams on test automation evolution
