About the role

  • Shape how Red Hat delivers offerings through leading cloud marketplaces, partnering closely with product management, engineering and technical business development teams across RHEL, OpenShift and Ansible Automation Platform
  • Define and execute product and go-to-market strategies, collaborating with internal teams and cloud partners
  • Gather insights from customers, partners and stakeholders to define needs and translate them into product strategy and roadmap for public cloud offerings
  • Research competitive solutions to inform positioning and enhance cloud portfolio value
  • Prioritize and document requirements for new releases of cloud-based products
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to ensure offerings are cloud-ready, marketplace-compatible and easy for customers to consume
  • Support sales and marketing with technical collateral, including presentations, blogs, demos and other enablement resources
  • Review and refine documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity and alignment with customer needs

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software product management, technical marketing, or a similar product/customer-facing role
  • Background in infrastructure software, including operating systems, containers, private cloud and public cloud
  • Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or similar hyperscalers
  • Bachelor’s or graduate degree in computer science, engineering or related discipline
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%
  • Must reside in a location where Red Hat is registered to do business.
