About the role

  • Owns full sales cycle
  • Drive outbound pipeline and new logo acquisition
  • Sell offshore development, product engineering, and custom software services
  • Engage CXOs, technology leaders, and procurement stakeholders
  • Partner with pre-sales on discovery, solutions, and proposals
  • Maintain accurate CRM, pipeline, and forecasts

Requirements

  • 5–12 years of sales experience in IT services, product engineering or custom software development sales
  • Proven hunter / outbound new-logo background
  • Direct experience selling offshore development teams or engineering services (required)
  • Enterprise complex IT sales experience
  • Comfort navigating complex buying groups
  • Strong understanding of US enterprise buying process
  • CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
