About the role
- Owns full sales cycle
- Drive outbound pipeline and new logo acquisition
- Sell offshore development, product engineering, and custom software services
- Engage CXOs, technology leaders, and procurement stakeholders
- Partner with pre-sales on discovery, solutions, and proposals
- Maintain accurate CRM, pipeline, and forecasts
Requirements
- 5–12 years of sales experience in IT services, product engineering or custom software development sales
- Proven hunter / outbound new-logo background
- Direct experience selling offshore development teams or engineering services (required)
- Enterprise complex IT sales experience
- Comfort navigating complex buying groups
- Strong understanding of US enterprise buying process
- CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
