Key responsibilities & impact

Independently manages the full lifecycle of small and medium-complexity SDLC projects
Takes complete ownership of planning, execution, financial performance, and client satisfaction
Manages 3+ full SDLC projects as sole PM
Creates and maintains an Integrated Project Plan (IPP)
Proactively manages RAID items with effective mitigation plans
Manages diverse project teams across geographies
Conducts interviews and provides hiring recommendations
Fosters a high-performance team culture

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of project management or directly relevant experience
PMP certification required
DASM or equivalent agile certification required
Completion of Crucial Conversations, Everything DiSC Workplace, and Situational Leadership training
Soft skills in communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, conflict resolution, adaptability, team building, leadership, decision making, emotional intelligence, collaboration and presentation
