About the role
- Partner closely with copywriters, strategists, and designers to concept and execute advertising campaigns.
- Bring a sharp creative point of view to every brief.
- Translate strategy into big campaign ideas across various media.
- Provide creative rationale and present work to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4+ years of art direction experience with a strong focus on campaign work, ideally at an agency, or in-house.
- Ability to collaborate with writers and strategists to bring campaign ideas to life across touchpoints.
- Establish art direction for campaign projects or pitches.
- Lead concept development and visual storytelling across integrated campaigns.
- Provide guidance and review the work done by designers, production partners, and/or freelancers.
- Ability to defend the work created by your team with strong rationale.
- Expert with Adobe (Photoshop, After Effects etc.), AI tools, and Figma.
- Production experience leading a shoot alongside a Creative Director.
