Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams and clients.
Partner closely with the Client Director to shape the strategic direction of projects and clearly communicate that vision across disciplines.
Drive full-cycle project management across a variety of engagements in branding, websites, packaging, content creation, and beyond.
Translate creative ideas into executable plans, managing scope, budgets, and resources with both rigor and flexibility.
Act as the voice of the business to help navigate complex client feedback, shifting priorities, and evolving scopes.
Identify risks and develop mitigation plans that keep projects on track and relationships intact.

Requirements

What you’ll need

6–8 years of experience in project management within a creative agency or consultancy environment.
Proven ability to manage and deliver complex creative projects across disciplines.
Demonstrated success in working with clients; you're persuasive, calm, and always prepared.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills; you know how to bring clients along the journey.
Adept at juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with grace and clarity.
Strong strategic instincts; you understand how creative work drives business goals and can help clients see the same.
Experience with scoping, resourcing, and budget management, with a pragmatic and entrepreneurial approach to constraints.
