Application Engineer

• Lead a high‑performing team of Technicians and Data Analysts responsible for optimising the performance of our cutting edge machines.
• Develop a strong AI model by scanning plenty of items in our test centre or at customer sites.
• Manage a waste taxonomy (contains hundreds of thousands of labelled images).
• Report on optimised detection, belt speeds, ejection parameters, etc.
• Collaborate closely with the Product and Performance teams to calibrate vision systems and optimise sorting recipes.
• Innovate methodologies to enhance material recognition and classification.
