About the role
- Conduct in user acceptance testing and verify incoming user issues
- Help establish and continuously enhance testing processes and practices
- Ensure that software complies with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Provide regular reports on testing activities and defect status
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
- Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases and test scripts
- Perform different types of testing
- Identify, document, and track defects
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to resolve issues
Requirements
- Proficiency in software testing tools and Scrum Methodology
- Experience with exploratory testing and risk-based testing approaches
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
