About the role

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor one direct report responsible for paid channels and webinar execution.
  • AI Integration: Collaborate with the AI Search Manager to adapt traditional SEO/SEM strategies for AI-powered search environments.
  • 360° Campaign Orchestration: Lead global, multi-product campaigns from awareness to conversion, ensuring regional relevance for US and EMEA markets.
  • Strategic Alignment: Partner with Revenue Operations to build data-driven lists and with the ABM team to execute tiered account strategies.
  • Sales Enablement: Align with Sales leadership on outbound motions, specifically optimizing sequences and messaging within Gong Engage.
  • Events & Integrated GTM: Integrate field and virtual events into larger campaign narratives to maximize ROI.
  • Performance Analytics: Own the campaign dashboard; track pipeline influence, CAC, and LTV, reporting directly to leadership on global impact.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 years in B2B SaaS marketing, with 1+ years of management experience.
  • Market Knowledge: Proven track record in managing US and EMEA regional nuances.
  • Technical Stack: Proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, 6sense or similar ABM tools, and sales engagement platforms like Gong Engage.
  • Skills: Strong project management, strong understanding of paid media channels (i.e Google Ads and content syndication) and familiarity with emerging AI marketing agents.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or Master’s in Global Marketing Management is a plus.
