About the role
- Ensure individualized care for residents in accordance with the nursing care concept
- Support ventilated residents in their daily routines
- Monitor residents' vital signs through intensive clinical observation
- Organize and carry out nursing interventions taking the patient's health status into account
- Provide guidance to residents and involve family members in the care process
Requirements
- Completed training as a qualified nurse (m/f/d) in geriatric, pediatric, or general health and nursing care
- Qualifications in intensive care (not mandatory)
- Positive attitude toward relatives and family members
- Enjoy working with our residents and show respect toward colleagues
