- Independent responsibility for disciplinary staff management, workforce planning and staff development
- Continuous improvement of nursing and quality standards
- Organization, evaluation and optimization of workflows
- Promotion of interprofessional collaboration and communication
- Initiation of interdisciplinary projects and active participation in shaping strategic direction
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in health and nursing care or geriatric nursing
- University degree with a focus on nursing management or an equivalent qualification (not mandatory)
- 200-hour certification as a responsible nursing specialist and nursing expert
- Leadership experience in larger teams
- Experience with change management processes
- Good IT skills and confident use of MS Office applications
- High empathy, strong problem-solving ability and initiative in shaping processes
