About the role
- Maintenance, further development and administration of e‑learning tools
- Preparation of clear analyses and reports
- Organization and scheduling of meetings for the Employee Development team
- Creation of presentations and communication materials in MS Office
- Coordination and support of campaigns and events such as apprenticeship/trainee programs
- Organization of promotional and informational materials for the department
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or degree in HR, business administration (BWL) or education/pedagogy
- Ideally, initial professional experience in an HR environment
- Experience with HR tools, learning platforms and reporting systems is a plus
- Solid knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
- Independent, structured and reliable working style
- Strong communication skills, openness to new ideas and change, and a service‑oriented attitude
- Ability to create compelling presentations and communication materials
