About the role

  • Maintenance, further development and administration of e‑learning tools
  • Preparation of clear analyses and reports
  • Organization and scheduling of meetings for the Employee Development team
  • Creation of presentations and communication materials in MS Office
  • Coordination and support of campaigns and events such as apprenticeship/trainee programs
  • Organization of promotional and informational materials for the department

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or degree in HR, business administration (BWL) or education/pedagogy
  • Ideally, initial professional experience in an HR environment
  • Experience with HR tools, learning platforms and reporting systems is a plus
  • Solid knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
  • Independent, structured and reliable working style
  • Strong communication skills, openness to new ideas and change, and a service‑oriented attitude
  • Ability to create compelling presentations and communication materials
