About the role

  • Build intensive relationships with residents and maintain them in daily life
  • Provide individual, holistic, and activating care and support for residents
  • Independently plan, organize, and carry out the social care activities for residents
  • General tidying and housekeeping tasks in the resident areas
  • Co-responsible for ensuring compliance with hygiene and accident prevention regulations

Requirements

  • Completed qualification as a care worker/care assistant (m/f/d)
  • Highly desirable, but not required: experience in intensive care
  • Positive attitude toward residents' relatives and enjoyment of working with residents
  • Respect for colleagues
  • Enthusiasm for challenging tasks
