About the role
- Ensure individualized care for our residents in accordance with the nursing care concept
- Accompany ventilated residents in daily life, during celebrations/events and on outings
- Monitor residents’ vital signs through intensive clinical observation
- Organize and professionally carry out nursing interventions, taking into account the residents’ health status and needs
- Instruct residents and involve their relatives in the care process
Requirements
- Completed training as a qualified nurse (m/f/d) in geriatric, pediatric, or general health and nursing care
- Preferable but not required: previous qualifications or experience in intensive care nursing
- Positive attitude towards residents’ relatives and family members
- Enjoy working with and for residents
- Respectful attitude toward colleagues
- Motivated and enthusiastic about challenging tasks and diverse responsibilities
