About the role
- Ensure individualized care of our residents in accordance with the care concept
- Responsible for accompanying ventilated residents in daily life, at events/celebrations and on outings
- Monitor residents' vital signs through intensive patient observation
- Organize nursing interventions and ensure their professional execution
Requirements
- Completed training as a qualified nurse (m/f/d) in geriatric, pediatric or general health and nursing care
- Preferable, but not required: prior qualifications or experience in intensive care
- Positive attitude toward relatives and enjoyment of working with and for our residents
- Enthusiasm for challenging tasks
