About the role
- Ensure individualized care of residents in accordance with the nursing concept
- Support ventilated residents in daily life, at events/celebrations and on outings
- Monitor residents' vital signs and carry out intensive clinical observation
- Organize and competently perform nursing measures
- Instruct residents and involve their relatives in the care process
Requirements
- Completed training as a qualified nurse (m/f/d) in geriatric, pediatric or general health and nursing
- Desirable, but not mandatory: qualifications in intensive care nursing
- Positive attitude towards relatives
- Enjoy working with and for our residents
- Respectful attitude towards colleagues
- Enthusiasm for challenging tasks
