About the role

  • You ensure the individual care of our residents in accordance with the facility's care concept
  • You are responsible for accompanying ventilated residents in everyday life, at events/celebrations and on outings
  • You monitor residents' vital parameters through intensive clinical observation and are confident using monitoring equipment
  • You organize nursing measures and carry them out professionally, taking into account the residents' health status and needs
  • You instruct residents and involve them and their relatives in the care process

Requirements

  • You have completed training as a qualified nurse (m/f/d) in geriatric, pediatric, or general health and nursing care
  • Great to have, but not required: you already hold qualifications in intensive care
  • Not completed a basic intensive care course yet? No problem! With our training partner in Berlin you can complete the basic course within 2 weeks
  • You have a positive attitude toward relatives, enjoy working with and for our residents, and show respect toward colleagues
  • You are enthusiastic about challenging tasks and varied areas of responsibility
