About the role
- Maintain, further develop and administer our e‑learning tools (including reporting tools)
- Prepare insightful analyses and reports on initiatives and projects
- Organize appointments and prepare documents for the Talent Development team
- Create presentations and communication materials using MS Office
- Coordinate and support activities and events, such as trainee programs and Diversity Days
- Organize promotional and informational materials for the department
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship, a degree in HR, Business Administration, Education/Pedagogy, or a comparable qualification
- Ideally, initial professional experience in an HR environment – e.g., in talent development or in project/event management
- Experience with HR tools, learning platforms and reporting systems is a plus
- Confident user of PowerPoint and Excel
- Independent, structured and reliable in your area of responsibility
- Strong communication skills and openness to new ideas and change
- Service-oriented mindset for collaboration with internal stakeholders
