About the role
- Enroll Payment and Product Orders in various platforms
- Review agreements and validate data efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with sales leaders and managers on timelines.
- Conduct customer outreach on any additional questions or data requests.
- Demonstrate strong abilities in time management and attention to detail
- Effectively manage time and prioritize day to day to meet our SLA’s.
- Collaborate cross functionally
- Communicate daily with team members and management
- Work on special projects as needed
Requirements
- Minimum three (3) years of merchant and/or payment experience in the financial, ISO or agent environment
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Solid organizational and time management skills
- High motivation and attention to detail
- Efficiency and ability to take ownership of results
