• Assisting with contract management, intake, and tracking processes.
• Assisting with the review, drafting, and organization of commercial agreements and amendments.
• Conducting legal research on regulatory, statutory, and contractual issues, including healthcare, privacy, and data security laws.
• Supporting compliance initiatives and internal policy development Helping prepare internal legal guidance and summaries for business stakeholders.
• Participating in cross‑functional meetings and observing how legal issues are addressed in an in‑house setting.
• Providing general support on special projects as assigned by the Legal team.
