Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities in the São Paulo region
  • Conduct discovery meetings and gather clients' requirements
  • Deliver consultative presentations and product demonstrations of TOTVS solutions
  • Build commercial proposals aligned with each client's objectives and challenges
  • Manage the sales pipeline using CRM
  • Lead commercial negotiations and closing processes
  • Engage with executives, managers, and decision-makers across companies from various industries
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in B2B consultative software sales
  • Experience with leading ERP systems such as TOTVS, Sankhya, Senior, or similar
  • Track record of proactive prospecting and generating new business
  • Experience with complex negotiations and consultative sales cycles
  • Knowledge of pipeline management and CRM
  • Availability to work commercially in the São Paulo region
