About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prospect and develop new business opportunities in the São Paulo region
- Conduct discovery meetings and gather clients' requirements
- Deliver consultative presentations and product demonstrations of TOTVS solutions
- Build commercial proposals aligned with each client's objectives and challenges
- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM
- Lead commercial negotiations and closing processes
- Engage with executives, managers, and decision-makers across companies from various industries
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in B2B consultative software sales
- Experience with leading ERP systems such as TOTVS, Sankhya, Senior, or similar
- Track record of proactive prospecting and generating new business
- Experience with complex negotiations and consultative sales cycles
- Knowledge of pipeline management and CRM
- Availability to work commercially in the São Paulo region
