About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide customer service and technical support to clients, ensuring satisfaction and efficient resolution of issues.
  • Manage support tickets using help desk and CRM tools, ensuring proper tracking and follow-up.

Requirements

What you’ll need

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
