About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide customer service and technical support to clients, ensuring satisfaction and efficient resolution of issues.
- Manage support tickets using help desk and CRM tools, ensuring proper tracking and follow-up.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Information Technology, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience with customer service, technical support, and CRM tools.
- Familiarity with SaaS, ticket management, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Behavioral competencies such as empathy, proactivity, teamwork, and adaptability.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask to handle diverse requests.
