About the role
- Manage the analytics team by developing and refining propensity-to-default and debt recovery models that maximize customer regularization and cash generation through optimization of negotiation policies;
- Lead the collections strategy team, ensuring full integration across collection channels and directing debtor volumes to the channels with the best cost/recovery ratio without reducing recovery rates;
- Oversee the financial products team, designing payment plans and, when appropriate, financing solutions with external partners to maximize customer uptake and minimize impact on cash flow;
- Train and develop teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields;
- Postgraduate degree in Financial Management;
- Specialized courses in Collections;
- Experience in team management;
- Previous experience managing collections operations;
- Proficiency with credit analysis tools;
- Knowledge of collections legislation;
- Strong negotiation skills.
