Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent German and English (C1/C2)
- Experience in customer service, retention, or sales (strong plus)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Commercial mindset with focus on results and KPIs
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, digital environment
