About the role
- Help DACH customers succeed by turning recruitment technology into measurable business impact
- Guide customers through structured onboarding and implementation projects
- Manage a portfolio of customers in the DACH region
- Drive product adoption, NPS and long-term retention
- Proactively identify risks, opportunities and areas for optimization and scalability
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting or Account Management within a SaaS company or scale-up
- Experience with recruitment software, HR tech or ATS platforms is a strong plus
- Strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills
- Clear and effective communication skills (online, phone, email, presentations)
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Professional proficiency in German and English (spoken and written)
