• Configure and support Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management modules.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to time, attendance, leave, and absence policies.
• Design and configure work schedules, time entry rules, eligibility rules, and absence plans.
• Support end-to-end testing including SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to time and absence processing.
• Collaborate with payroll, HCM, and technical teams to ensure accurate data flow and integration.
• Assist in Workday implementation, rollout, and enhancement projects.
• Maintain functional documentation including configuration guides and process workflows.
• Support production issues, audits, and compliance requirements.
• Provide end-user training and support during deployments and system changes.
