Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and oversee a portfolio of Oracle technology projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
Manage project performance, budgets, profitability, and operational metrics.
Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams across multiple engagements.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Drive the implementation, optimization, and support of Oracle technologies and cloud-based solutions.
Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
Mentor, coach, and develop team members to enhance performance and career growth.
Analyze project and financial metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams and promote a culture of excellence.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, governance policies, and best practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
10+ years of relevant work experience, including at least 5 years in project management.
Proven experience leading Oracle technology, ERP, or cloud transformation projects.
Exposure to multiple cloud implementations and cloud-based solutions.
Knowledge of SaaS and PaaS delivery models.
Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills.
Excellent business writing, presentation, and communication abilities.
Proven ability to lead diverse teams, manage complex projects, and drive successful outcomes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills.
Can start immediately, if possible.
