Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences and project outcomes.
Guide and support testing methodologies, frameworks, and innovative practices.
Analyze user feedback and test results to inform improvements and recommendations.
Develop and maintain documentation for testing processes, defects, and results.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Testing, or Salesforce platform environments.
Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce App Builder certification preferred.
Strong knowledge of functional, regression, and automated testing methodologies.
Experience with defect tracking, test documentation, and reporting.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, project management tools, and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience with mobile testing (iOS and Android) and familiarity with Salesforce features is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills.
Willing to start immediately, if possible.
