About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Providing vital operational coordination for a US-based event rental business.
  • Managing the end-to-end coordination of event rental bookings, managing invoices.
  • Optimising operational efficiency by scheduling crews, directing staff, and coordinating equipment logistics, transport, and suppliers.
  • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive, direct phone communication with US-based customers, crews, and suppliers.
  • Ensuring minimal disruption to live events by resolving operational and logistical issues rapidly and independently.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in operations, logistics, project management, or the event rental industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in logistics or events coordination.
  • Proven capability to coordinate international (US-based) customers, crews, suppliers, transport, and equipment logistics.
  • Ability to work primarily from 16:00 to 19:00 SAT, Monday to Friday.
  • Availability for on-call evening and weekend support to resolve urgent operational matters during active project periods.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a strong preference for resolving issues via direct phone calls.
  • Proven ability to work independently, make decisive operational choices, and stay calm under pressure.
