About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the primary link between customers and gardeners
- Respond to enquiries and engage with new leads
- Prepare and issue customer quotes
- Schedule and manage bookings
- Provide subcontractor gardeners with clear job details
- Maintain accurate records using Google Sheets
- Communicate via WhatsApp and BookingKoala
- Escalate queries or operational issues when required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience working with Google Sheets, WhatsApp, BookingKoala(training provided)
- Exceptionally well organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident user of Excel/Google Sheets
- Proactive, solution-focused, and adaptable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to problem-solve independently
- Administration, scheduling, or customer service experience
- Gardening or landscaping exposure (not essential)
