Part-time Bookkeeper

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using Xero.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and petty cash transactions.
- Process supplier invoices, ensure accurate coding, and manage payment runs.
- Handle sales invoicing and monitor outstanding receivables.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in a bookkeeping role, specifically for a UK-based business.
- Expert-level proficiency in Xero is essential.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Excellent attention to detail and high levels of numerical accuracy.
- Reliable, professional, and capable of managing own time to meet weekly deadlines.
- Fully operational home office.
- Diploma: Bookkeeping (preferred).
- Experience within the events, hospitality, or creative agency sectors (not essential).
