About the role
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing growth campaigns across email (MailChimp), social media, paid advertising, and events to generate qualified leads
- Plan, set up, and optimise Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns to drive traffic and conversions
- Conduct A/B testing and optimise ad copy, landing pages, and audience targeting
- Contribute to brand positioning and tone
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company vision and objectives
- Ensure consistent brand identity and application across all platforms
- Maintain brand guidelines and visual standards
- Develop compelling storytelling and brand communication across email campaigns, advertising, social media, and website content
- Create graphics and maintain visual consistency across platforms
- Implement SEO best practices including keyword research and content optimisation
- Strategise and implement content marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness
- Manage and grow social media presence through cohesive strategy and engaging content
- Track website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics
- Provide data-driven recommendations to optimise ROI and marketing budgets
- Support planning and coordination of events such as webinars, product launches, and promotional campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in a B2B Marketing Specialist or similar role
- Experience in human resources, management development, consulting, or executive coaching environments (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and performance metrics
- Proficiency in: LinkedIn, Facebook, MailChimp, WordPress, Canva, Google Ads, Google Analytics
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Copywriting and editing skills with strong attention to detail
- Basic graphic design capability
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions
- Experience with event planning and coordination
