About the role

  • Follow up with inbound and outbound leads via phone and email
  • Manage and update client CRM systems (Follow Up Boss experience highly advantageous)
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth database management
  • Build rapport with US-based clients using your strong communication skills
  • Deliver consistent, professional, and results-driven support

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or client engagement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a professional and client-focused approach
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM systems: Follow Up Boss preferred
  • Professional, reliable, and able to work independently
  • Availability to work 3pm–8pm SA time (to overlap with US EST business hours)
