About the role

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, calendars, reminders, and task prioritisation on behalf of the Owner.
  • Handle logistics-related coordination, including scheduling, follow-ups, supplier communication, and tracking outstanding items.
  • Maintain and update Google Sheets/Excel trackers with high attention to accuracy.
  • Assist with document management, filing, digital organisation, and information retrieval.
  • Liaise with contractors, service providers, and industry stakeholders as needed.
  • Monitor emails, prepare summaries, and escalate priority items.
  • Conduct basic research and compile reports or updates as required.
  • Support the Owner with personal and business-related tasks that improve productivity and planning.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in Construction, Logistics, or Mining is strongly preferred.
  • Advanced competency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (formulas, data tracking, formatting, shared worksheets).
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrator, or Operations Support role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely with daily consistency.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
