About the role
- Conduct outbound B2B calls to engage and qualify business prospects
- Build interest and secure appointments for the sales team with decision-makers
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria (company size, budget, and timing)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring seamless handovers to sales
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategy
- Manage objections effectively and maintain professionalism in every interaction
- Consistently meet and exceed performance metrics and activity targets.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in outbound tele-sales, B2B calling, or appointment setting
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence in engaging with business decision-makers
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven personality
- Ability to work independently within a fast-paced remote environment
- Resilience and persistence when handling high call volumes and objections.
