About the role

  • Conduct outbound B2B calls to engage and qualify business prospects
  • Build interest and secure appointments for the sales team with decision-makers
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria (company size, budget, and timing)
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring seamless handovers to sales
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategy
  • Manage objections effectively and maintain professionalism in every interaction
  • Consistently meet and exceed performance metrics and activity targets.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in outbound tele-sales, B2B calling, or appointment setting
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence in engaging with business decision-makers
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven personality
  • Ability to work independently within a fast-paced remote environment
  • Resilience and persistence when handling high call volumes and objections.
