About the role
- Developing and implementing a LinkedIn content strategy aligned with the company’s goals and industry positioning.
- Creating professional, engaging posts and articles that reflect the company’s expertise in AI, data science, and emerging technologies.
- Managing the posting schedule and maintaining a consistent brand voice across all communications.
- Monitoring engagement, responding to comments, and fostering a professional online community.
- Analysing performance metrics and preparing regular LinkedIn insights reports.
- Suggesting new content ideas and thought leadership initiatives to increase visibility and engagement.
- Collaborating with leadership and technical experts to translate complex topics into compelling, accessible content.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing and growing LinkedIn business profiles, ideally for technology or professional services brands.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to simplify technical or data-driven concepts.
- A strong creative sense for storytelling and brand positioning.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn analytics, content scheduling tools, and engagement tracking.
- A dedicated home office setup with stable Wi-Fi and a battery backup to ensure consistent productivity.
