About the role

  • Developing and implementing a LinkedIn content strategy aligned with the company’s goals and industry positioning.
  • Creating professional, engaging posts and articles that reflect the company’s expertise in AI, data science, and emerging technologies.
  • Managing the posting schedule and maintaining a consistent brand voice across all communications.
  • Monitoring engagement, responding to comments, and fostering a professional online community.
  • Analysing performance metrics and preparing regular LinkedIn insights reports.
  • Suggesting new content ideas and thought leadership initiatives to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Collaborating with leadership and technical experts to translate complex topics into compelling, accessible content.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing and growing LinkedIn business profiles, ideally for technology or professional services brands.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to simplify technical or data-driven concepts.
  • A strong creative sense for storytelling and brand positioning.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn analytics, content scheduling tools, and engagement tracking.
  • A dedicated home office setup with stable Wi-Fi and a battery backup to ensure consistent productivity.
