Recruiting SoniaSales Development Representative responsible for building a qualified sales pipeline at PartsCloud. Engaging with potential customers and identifying their challenges in the B2B SaaS space.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Your mission is to build a qualified pipeline.
- You identify companies that are leaving potential on the table due to inefficient spare-parts planning, high inventory levels, or manual processes.
- You reach relevant decision-makers, understand their challenges, and independently conduct initial discovery conversations.
- Phone outreach to prospective customers is a core part of your role.
- Building new contacts via phone, LinkedIn and email.
- Conducting discovery and qualification conversations.
- Analyzing challenges, decision-making structures and potential opportunities.
- Handing off qualified opportunities to our Account Executives.
- Actively sharing best practices and learnings within the team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Enjoy direct communication and phone-based outreach.
- Prefer picking up the phone rather than spending hours crafting the perfect email.
- Enjoy approaching people and building new relationships.
- Ambitious and committed to continuous improvement.
- Take ownership of your results.
- Interested in modern B2B SaaS sales.
- Analyze challenges rather than presenting premature solutions.
- Open to direct feedback and quick to learn.
- Very good German and English skills.
- Some experience in sales, business development, customer service, or a comparable role is helpful but not required.
