Your mission is to turn trial customers into long-term, successful and growing clients
You are responsible for the entire human side of the customer project: the relationship, stakeholders, adoption, the business case and the commercial development of the account
You lead people through change processes
You build trust in new ways of working
You turn a successful trial into a customer who no longer wants to work without PartsOS
You ensure customers recognize the value, make it visible internally and make the right decisions
You actively drive the process

What you’ll need

You enjoy building long-term customer relationships

You actively listen and identify the real challenges behind a statement
You remain composed and solution-oriented even in demanding situations
You are willing to take responsibility for outcomes
You think like an entrepreneur and spot opportunities
You have excellent German and English skills
Experience in Customer Success Management, Account Management, Consulting, Post-Sales or a comparable B2B environment is an advantage
