Sales Development Representative

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for generating new sales opportunities for the founders and our Account Executives (AEs)
- Actively researching and contacting potential customers
- Qualifying leads and generating opportunities
- Reaching out to relevant decision-makers in IT departments — via phone, email, social media and other channels
- Delivering a tailored Stackgini pitch to secure meetings for discovery calls
- Presenting the product to potential customers and at events
- Closely collaborating with the founders and Account Executives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent communication skills and fluent in German and English
- Ideally 0.5–1.5 years of experience in corporate or enterprise sales (preferably B2B SaaS)
- Outgoing, communicative, and enjoy engaging with new people
- Present yourself confidently and enjoy interacting with customers
- Work independently, take ownership, and have a “nothing-is-impossible” mindset
- Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
- Experience with Pipedrive or other CRM systems is a plus
