About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You take over new customers from Sales after contract signing and initiate the engagement with a project kick-off meeting.
You analyze the customer's existing processes, document them, and implement them in Amagno.
You coordinate projects: scheduling, interfacing with partners, and aligning with internal and external stakeholders.
You conduct Amagno Basic & Advanced trainings remotely.
You actively manage your customers: roughly 10 per person, performing proactive health checks and occasionally initiating up- and cross-sell opportunities.
You invoice for your delivered services and monitor your monthly revenue.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in the ECM/DMS domain.
Practical knowledge of typical requirements, workflows, and challenges of these systems.
Empathy and customer focus: you work with executives, IT managers, and administration—sometimes all three within a single project.
You work independently and take ownership of your projects.
Entrepreneurial mindset: you understand that your hours directly impact company success—and you want to help shape that.
Nice to have: experience in leading trainings or moderating workshops.
Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (Miro, Google Docs, weclapp).
