Sales Development Representative – Career changers welcome
Recruiting SoniaSales Development Representative in a dental AI startup. Engage with dentists and practice managers to drive lead generation and sales pipeline management.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- As an SDR you are the spearhead of our growth.
- You are the first point of contact for dentists and practice managers and convince them that the future of their practice starts with Roger.
- Lead generation: You identify potential customers and qualify them through targeted outbound activities (phone, email, LinkedIn).
- Pitching: You excite dentists about our AI solution and book meetings for our Account Executives.
- Pipeline management: You maintain our CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) and ensure no lead falls through the cracks.
- Close collaboration: You work directly with our founders and the Head of Sales to continuously optimize our sales strategy.
Requirements
What you’ll need- We’re not looking for completed CVs, but for personalities.
- Whether you come from hospitality, hotel services, sports, or customer service — if you have drive, you’re a fit for us.
- Communication skills: You love making calls, are quick-witted and have an excellent feel for people.
- Mindset: You have a hunter mentality, are disciplined and let a “no” only motivate you further.
- Willingness to learn: You want to learn tech sales from the ground up and enjoy working in a fast startup environment.
- Languages: You speak German at native level (C2) and have good English skills.

Comp & perks- €65,000–€80,000 target compensation with uncapped commission; base salary between €42,000 and €45,000 — your performance determines your bonus.
