Operation and further development of modern IT system landscapes
Installation, configuration and administration of Microsoft environments (servers, clients, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange, etc.)
Analysis and resolution of technical incidents – independently and as part of a team
Ensuring stable IT services through monitoring, troubleshooting and optimizations
Lifecycle management of existing infrastructures and contribution to the design of new solutions

Requirements

Completed IT qualification (apprenticeship, technical college, HTL or equivalent)
Several years of hands-on experience in IT operations, administration or support
Deep expertise in Microsoft technologies: Windows Server & client, Active Directory / Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint
Routine in installation, configuration & administration – you don’t just know the systems, you master them
Solution-oriented mindset & initiative – you take ownership and bring tasks to completion
Very good German skills, good English skills
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of team collaboration
